Jon Stanesby / Oracle

Jon has spent two decades working in Customer Experience, delivering and driving marketing and customer service strategy for some of the largest retail, gaming and travel brands in the UK and Europe. Two years ago he decided to take his extensive experience in this area and begin to accelerate Machine Learning use cases for Customer Experience at Oracle, taking on Product Strategy for the Oracle Adaptive Intelligent Applications team, focusing on A.I. capabilities for Sales, Marketing, Commerce (CX) as well as ERP and HR (EX) software.

In this time the Oracle AI Apps team have deployed dozens of Machine Learning capabilities into several suites of business applications, as well as a number of internal systems at Oracle.
